Booking Confirmation:
To secure your appointment with Navala Beauty Lab, we kindly request a deposit of IDR 50,000 per person at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards your total service bill.
Deposit Non-Refundable:
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded to you.
Service Payment:
The remaining balance for your services is due upon completion of your appointment. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified by Navala Beauty Lab.
15-Minute Grace Period:
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and delays can occur. Therefore, we offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you anticipate a delay, please inform us in advance to accommodate your situation to the best of our ability.
Appointment Cancellations:
Frequent late arrivals may result in appointment cancellations. Navala Beauty Lab reserves the right to cancel your appointment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notification. In such cases, the deposit paid will be forfeited.
Blacklisting:
Repeated instances of late arrivals or appointment cancellations may lead to your name being blacklisted from booking future appointments at Navala Beauty Lab.
Package validity:
This package is valid for 3 months (90 Days) from the date of purchase.
Exclusivity:
This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
Redemption Exclusive:
Kindly be advised that this package quota is redeemable only by the buyer.
Add-On Services:
Should you wish to include additional services other than those included in your package, regular pricing will apply.
Refund Policy:
Please note that we do not entertain refund requests for hair treatment packages
Privacy Assurance:
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We handle your personal information with the highest regard for our Privacy Policy.
Age Restriction:
Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Health and Allergies:
Please inform our staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or other relevant health information that may affect the services provided to you. We are committed to your safety and well-being.
Guest Behaviour:
We expect all guests to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards our staff and other clients. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in refusal of service and/or being banned from Navala Beauty Lab.
Service Modifications:
Navala Beauty Lab reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services or products offered on the website or in-salon without prior notice.
